Innovative Educators group is happy to announce that all job seekers and schools can find an easier platform for connection at Connect the Dots Job Fair.  The fair will be held at Canadian International School Beijing (CISB) on March 12 from 1pm to 4pm and is free to attend for both schools and candidates.

Connect the Dots Job Fair Why Work At A School

The premise of “connecting the dots” is to save time for schools and job seekers. Schools select the type of jobs they are hiring for, seekers identify their dot classification, then the search and connection happens easily with a visual check of each school table. Schools and seekers both benefit since everyone is Beijing based, though a school group can identify if jobs outside of Beijing are available.

Connect the Dots Job Fair How It Works

Registration Process
Early registers for the job fair receive better table spots, so we suggest signing up early. To register, please fill out the form below.

Responsibilities of Each School
For school personnel attending the fair, please limit to 4 school recruiting staff per school registered.
Schools should arrive and begin to set up 45 to 30 minutes before event start time (arrive at 12:10pm, setup starting 12:15-12:30pm). Although schools will be permitted to join if late, we will not save table spots 15 minutes before the job fair starts at 1pm.

Provisions on Site
– One table will be provided for each school or school organization in attendance. For set up, please think along the lines of “school science fair” (table cloth and flyers) rather than “Beijing International School Expo” (grand booths with play areas).
– We will provide color coded dots to both schools and to job seekers.
– We will not provide name tags, but we do suggest school staff wear them due to the large amount of introductions.

Registration is now CLOSED. Thank you!
